not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty.
₋ Always disconnect the power after use.
₋ Allow the product to cool for 30 minutes before handling or cleaning.
₋ Ensure that food ingredients fried in the product attain a golden color, not black or
brown. Discard burnt portions.
Special Warnings:
₋ Do not submerge the casing in water or rinse it under the tap, as it contains electrical
components and heaters inside.
₋ Always place food ingredients in the frying tank to avoid contact with heating ele-
ments.
₋ While the product is operating, do not cover the air inlet and outlet openings.
₋ Never pour oil into the fryer, as this could cause a fire.
₋ Do not touch the interior of the product while it is in operation.
