➤ Unscrew the two screws 2)(Fig. 3) and the screw 3) to remove
the interface assembly;
➤ unscrew the screws and nuts 4) to remove the shutter 9);
➤ remove the two screws 5) and remove the cover 6);
➤ remove the spindle 7) and remove the tie-rod 8);
➤ at this point install the tie-rod supplied with the kit, and fix it
with the spindle 7).
➤ Put back the shutter 9) fixing it using the screws and nuts 2);
2.3 Access to head internal part
The burner is opened using the two retraction slide bars on the top
part.
To open the burner, proceed as follows:
➤ unscrew the two screws 3)(Fig. 4) at the end of the two slide
bars 1);
➤ install the two extensions 2) on the retraction slide bars sup-
plied in the kit;

➤ position the flame funnel 8) supplied;
➤ put back the interface assembly on the burner with the two
screws 2) and the screws 3);
➤ fix the burner to the boiler.
A At this point it is necessary to open the burner to remove the com-
bustion head, as described in the paragraph "Access to head in-
ternal part".

➤ unscrew the screw 4) to disconnect the interface assembly
from the rest of the burner;
➤ slide the body of the burner along the two slide bars 1) and the
extensions 2).
