Lower the bass/treble on the speaker
POPPING SOUND OR MOMENTARY LOSS OF SOUND -
CAUSE -
The power amplifier exhibits signal clipping due to exceeding the output power
SOLUTION -
Lower the volume on the audio source
Lower the volume on the speaker
CANNOT CONNECT TO BT -
CAUSE -
BT is not enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer)
There are other devices already connected to the speaker
The audio is not in pairing mode
SOLUTION -
Enable the BT function on your device
Disconnect previously connected BT devices before connecting to the audio In BT mode,
press the corresponing Play/Pause button on the front panel of the audio or the remote
control to clear the existing pairing.
BT CONNECTION DISCONNECTED -
CAUSE -
The audio and source equipment are too far apart, or the connection is affected by
obstructions
There is a strong electric field or strong magnet around the sound
SOLUTION -
Lower the volume on the audio source
Lower the volume on the speaker

BT CONNECTION DISCONNECTED -
CAUSE -
The audio and source equipment are too far apart, or the connection is affected by
obstructions
There is a strong electric field or strong magnet around the sound
SOLUTION -
Move the device closer together so that they are within 10 meters of each other and
are not obstructed by walls or windows
Some items (e.g. wireless network adapters, microwave ovens, induction cooktops,
fluorescent lamps, gas stove igniters, medical devices) use the same frequency
range as BT devices, which may cause electrical or magnetic field disturbances
NO RESPONSE TO THE SPEAKER -
CAUSE -
There is a problem with the software
SOLUTION -
Press the main power switch on the back panel of the machine to the OFF position,
turn off the power, and wait 30 seconds before turning it on again
UNSTABLE PERFORMANCE -
CAUSE -
Interference from another electronic device
The audio placement is not smooth
SOLUTION -
Move the ELIZA elsewhere
Place the ELIZA in a smooth place
