WARNING:
• For appliances fitted with manual (rather than automatic) filtration devices, the appliance should
be completely turned off when grease or oil flows out of the appliance, which will prevent the
appliance from accidentally heating during oil drainage and filtration.
• Such appliances must be installed and used in such a way that no water comes into contact with
grease. Water can react violently with hot fats or oils, causing severe burns, injuries, or death.
• Do not use jet water to clean this device.
• This device is intended for indoor use only and should not be used outdoors.
• This instruction manual does not apply to persons (including children) who are physical, sensory,
and intellectually handicapped, or who have deficiencies in experience and knowledge. Unqualified
operators can cause property damage, personal injury, or death.
• If the cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by a technician or similarly
qualified person authorized by manufacturer. The power cord must be oil-resistant, and the
sheathed cord cannot be lighter than ordinary neoprene or other synthetic rubber cords (code
60245 IEC 57, China national standard YZW).
• All wiring of this appliance must be carried out according to the wiring diagram that accompanies
the appliance. When installing or servicing this appliance, refer to the wiring diagram affixed to the
inner panel of the door.
• All-pole circuit breakers with a nationally approved contact spacing distance greater than 3mm
must be installed correctly.
CAUTION
• Use and wear appropriate protective equipment carefully and avoid contact with hot oil or
surfaces. Hot oil and surfaces can cause severe burns and injuries.
• The installation and all connections of this appliance must be carried out in accordance with the
national and local regulations and norms in force.
• The photographs and drawings used in this manual are used to illustrate operating, cleaning, and
technical procedures and may not conform to site management 4 operating procedures.
• This appliance is for commercial/professional use only and should be operated by
adequately trained and qualified personnel. It is not intended for continuous mass production of
food in food factories.
• Installation and commissioning by the personnel authorized by the factory is the
condition for the validity of the fryer warranty. Manufacturer must train qualified personnel to install
and service the fryers. The use of any fryer parts are not from manufacturer will result in the
elimination of the warranty on parts and labor.
• During the warranty period, this warranty is void if the User chooses to use non-genuine parts or
modify genuine parts purchased from manufacturer and/or its authorized service and parts
companies. In addition, manufacturer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, damages or
expenses arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the installation of any modified parts
and/or received from unauthorized service centers.
• It is recommended to conclude a maintenance contract with a repair service provider authorized
by manufacturer.
• It is recommended that the performance and operation of the equipment be
checked annually by a qualified service technician to ensure the normal operation of the
equipment.
• The installation and use manual should be delivered to the user with appliance,
and the operator should carefully read and familiarize himself with the functions and operating
specifications of the series of fryers.
• This manual should be placed in a safe and easily accessible place for future reference.
• Manufacturer reserves the right to change product specifications at any time.
