Disconnect the device from the mains.

Before cleaning, always switch off the device, allow it to come to a complete stop and set
the thickness selector to minimum.

Clean the appliance after every use.
Pull the food pusher (2) backwards as far as it can slide.

Turn the blade holder (8) clockwise to unlock the blade (7). Then, remove the blade (7).

Soak it in warm, soapy water for several minutes. Rinse and dry well.
Clean the housing (6) of the appliance with a wet cloth.

Dry all parts thoroughly before storage.

Warning!
The blade (7) is very sharp! Handle it with care.
Storage
Store the appliance in a safe and dry place and keep it out of the reach of children.
