5. Press the arbor lock button located under the operating handle,
and firmly tighten the nut with the included blade wrench in a
clockwise direction, do not over-tighten.
6. Close the blade cover and tighten the knob.
NOTE: To remove the cutting blade, press the arbor lock button
and loosen the nut with the blade wrench in an COUNTER-
CLOCKWISE direction.
5.7 INSTALLATION OF THE WATER PUMP
1. Connect the water pipe to the pump nozzle by pushing firmly.
2. Place the pump in the water tank on the designated area for the
pump at the front left side of the water tank and secure it in position
with the suction cups.
3. Pass the electric cord through the opening provided at the rear left
side of the water tank and secure hose and cord in clips located in the
middle of the water tank.
5.8 INSTALLATION OF THE REAR WATER TRAY
1. Insert the water tray assembly tabs in the slots located at the rear of
the water tank and push tray until fully engaged into water tank.
5.9 INSTALLATION OF THE SLIDING TABLE
1. Be sure the front stroke limiter is in the pass-through position and
turn it if necessary.
2. Align the table wheels with the rails and move it from front to rear to
place the sliding table on the rails.
3. Once the table is correctly installed on the rails ensure table can
move back and forth smoothly, turn the front stroke limiter to the
stop position.
5.10 INSTALLATION OF THE ANGLE GUIDE
1. Place the angle guide on the front fence of the worktable.
2. Move the guide in the desired position and tighten the
locking knob.
6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 FILLING THE WATER TANK / CHANGING THE WATER
Filling the water tank
1. Ensure that the drain plug at the bottom of the water tank is secure
and fill the tank with clean water up to the maximum filling level
indicated in the tank.
Changing the water
1. Unplug the saw, place a bucket under the drainage plug and remove
the plug to drain the dirty water into the bucket.
2. Rinse the machine properly.
3. Dispose of the dirty water in accordance with local regulations.
4. Replace with clean water
6.2 SWITCHING THE SAW ON AND OFF
Your saw is equipped with an on-off switch which has an
incorporated safety lock function. Removal of safety key will prevent
unauthorized use.
To start the saw:
• With the safety key inserted in the switch, lift the switch to
power on saw.
To stop the saw:
• Press the switch key downwards to power off saw.
To lock the saw:
• With the saw SWITCHED OFF, remove the safety key from the
switch and keep it in a safe place.
NOTE: Saw will not operate without safety key. Before powering on
saw, ensure that safety key is fully inserted into switch.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of accidental start-up, always ensure
that the switch is in the OFF position before plugging the tool in to the
power source.

WARNING! Ensure that the part to be cut is not in contact with the
blade before operating the switch to start the cutter. Otherwise, the
part to be cut could move back towards the user and cause serious
personal injuries.
6.3 USE OF THE PLUNGE FUNCTION
Your saw's cutting head can move vertically to make cuts in the center
of the tile, for electrical outlets or air registers.
To release the cutting head:
a. Hold the cutting head by the handle and disengage the locking pin
located behind the motor.
b. While holding the head by the handle, loosen the locking knob in
the COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction.
To lock the cutting head:
c. While holding the cutting head at the desired height, turn the
locking knob clockwise. Tighten firmly.
NOTE: For the effective completion of any cut, the cutting blade must
reach at least 5 mm below the surface of the table.
NOTE: To lock the cutting head back in its normal work position, slide
the locking pin in its housing and firmly tighten the locking knob.
6.4 USE OF THE ANGLE GUIDE

a. Move the angle guide to the width of the desired cut and secure
the position with the locking knob.
b. Adjust the angle position to zero for straight cuts or to the desired
angle for angle cuts. Secure the desired angle by turning the locking
knob clockwise.
6.5 HOW TO MAKE A CUT
WARNING!
Ensure the locking pin that blocks the vertical movement of the blade
(picture 15) is properly inserted in the lock position prior to make a cut.
Do not use cracked or broken diamond blades.
Do not use side pressure to slow the cutting blades down.
The feed should be proportional to the cutting ability of the saw.
Push material through blade at a slow pace to ensure that no material
detachment occurs that could cause damage or injury.
A. TO MAKE A STRAIGHT CUT

1. Adjust the angle guide angle to zero degrees.
2. Adjust the angle guide to the desired width, and secure it in place.
3. Place the material on the table and hold it firmly against both the
angle guide and fence.
4. Ensure that the material does not touch the cutting blade before
turning on the saw and move the on/off switch to the ON position.
5. Allow the cutting blade to reach its maximum speed and wait for
the water to reach the cooling nozzle before moving the material
towards the blade.
6. Hold the material firmly against both the angle guide and fence and
move the sliding table towards the cutting blade.
7. When the cut is complete, switch off the saw and wait for the
cutting blade to stop completely before removing any part of
the material.
B. TO MAKE AN ANGLE CUT

1. AAdjust the angle guide to the desired angle using the scale and
tighten the knob firmly.
2. With the angle guide at the desired width, ensure that angle guide
is not in the cut path and secure it in place.
3. Ensure that the material does not touch the cutting blade before
switching on the saw and move the on/off switch to the ON position
4. Allow the cutting blade to reach its maximum speed and wait for
the water to reach the cooling nozzle before moving the material
towards the blade.
5. Hold the material firmly against the angle guide and slide the table
towards the cutting blade.
6. After making the cut, switch off the cutter. Wait for the cutting
blade to stop completely before removing any part of the material.
