Specified Conditions Of Use
The ECO-Skate® transport skates are only intended for transporting
heavy loads on smooth, clean and weight-bearing subsurfaces.
Respecting technical data and safety precautions.
Make sure that the floor covering is able to carry
the loads sufficiently. Ensure the maximum
floor load / point load even on asphalt.
Overloading can result in damage to the
subsurface and tipping of the load.
To bear the weight of the load, a surface area with
structural engineering making it suitable for this
purpose must be present under the load.
The position of the point of gravity must be situated
in the lower half of the load to be lifted.
The load must be balanced.
Do not overload the devices. Make sure that
the max. load is not exceeded.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use.
Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from
this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages.
Do not modify the device. Modifications are considered to be a
use other than as intended and can result in injuries and damage.
Do not use the device for lifting people, animals, movable
(mobile) systems and devices, tanks filled with fluid or
machines that processes foods/feeds. Do not use in explosion
protected, easily flammable or corrosive environments.
The devices must not come into direct contact with food.
Food processing facilities must not be in production during
lifting/transport and must be cleaned afterwards.
Temperature range -20 – +40 °C
Do not machine any materials that present
a danger to health (e.g. asbestos).
Safety Instructions
DANGER
Read and understand the operating instructions
before using the appliance. Familiarise with the control
elements and how to use the appliance properly.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
Abide by all the safety measures stated in the service
manual. Act responsibly toward third parties.
Even when the device is used properly and
all safety regulations are complied with,
there still may be some residual risks.
The appliance may only be operated and
maintained by persons familiarised with it
and informed about possible risks.
Do not use the appliance if you are tired, ill, under
influence of drugs, alcohol drinks or medicaments.
The operator is responsible for accidents or risks to third parties.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. 
Provide adequate lighting or good lighting conditions when
working with the machine. Keep your work area clean and tidy.
To avoid any uncertainties during the process,
plan your procedure BEFORE starting work.

WARNING
Wear personal protective equipment. Dress
properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
Wear a hairnet if you have long hair.
Wear eye protective goggles !
Wear gloves!
Wear safety shoes with steel reinforcement!
Wear a protective helmet.
DANGER
Avoid remaining in the hazard area and
ensure that others are also not at risk.
Keep bystanders out the dangerous area
(Min 1.5 m x greatest height).
WARNING
Warning against bruising
Make sure that no person involved is in danger of being
crushed when passing through narrow passages.
Minimum safety distance to the wall 0.5 m!
Keep body parts away from lifted
loads and movable parts.
Never put body parts, such as hands, feet,
arms, head etc. under the load.
Limbs may be crushed when lowering the load.
WARNING
Check all screw and plug-in connections and
protective equipment if firm and tightened properly
and whether all moving parts are running smooth
whenever the appliance is to be put into operation.
The appliance must not be used if damaged
or safety equipment is defective. Replace
any worn-out and damaged parts.
WARNING
Do not transport loads that exceed
the specified load capacity.
DANGER
Do not allow people to ride on the device.
Staying under lifted load is strictly prohibited.
It is only permitted to work on the load once it
has been underslung, the lifter is disburdened
and the load has been secured.
The lowering speeds of the load onto the skate must be controlled
