and executed slowly. Excessive speeds pose a safety hazard
and can lead to damage to the device. Avoid abrupt loading!
Secure the load to be transported from rolling away and tipping
over when stationary.
Monitor the skate and the load during all movements so
that you can react in good time when problem arises.
The loaded skate must never be left unsupervised and can
only remain in the same position for a short period of time
(PU rollers max. 15 min). Warning: Roller deformation leads
to uneven running and higher starting resistances.
Ensure that the goods to be transported are adequately
secured during and after the transport process.
Only start the movements after you have ensured that all
persons have moved away from the danger area and that
the load can sit safely and stably on the transport trolley.
Make sure you always have control of the moving system.
Move the system with max. 2 km/h to ensure a short
stopping distance. The system is unbraked.
Do not make any abrupt changes of direction.
If you have to overcome a gradient, use a towing
vehicle with sufficient braking force.
Fix the skate to the machine if necessary.
If you are using a towing vehicle, make sure that the
steerable transport skate is not pulled out from under
the machine when starting off, or establish a fixed
connection with the goods to be transported.
If you only pull on the machine, make sure that
the tractor operator and the person on the tow
hitch are always in contact with each other.
The tow hitch with towing eye for attachment is only
intended for towing. If you must move backwards, you
should consider a special tow hitch if necessary.
Emergency procedure: Conduct a first-aid procedure
adequate to the injury and summon qualified medical
attendance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured
