Final checks
Following installation and programming, start up the
actuator and check the devices installed:
1 Check the correct operation of the control devices
(button, wall key and remote control).
See "Operation modes" on page 41.
2 Check the correct operation of the safety devices
(photocells).
See "A- Detection by the additional safety device
(photocell)" on page 42.
3 Place an obstacle and make the gate collide with it
in order to check operation in the event of collision.
See "B- Direct detection (sensibility of the opera-
tor): VULCAN VUS model operator (DIP12 ON, TOP9
only)" on page 42.
4 If everything is correct, close the panel cover.
Should the system not work correctly, find the
reason and solve it (check the section "Failure
diagnosis" on page 53).

Garage lighting time (T.LG) (TOP9 only)
If the garage lighting circuit has been connected to the
control panel, regulate the time which the lights shall
remain on using T.LG.
Minimum value: 3 seconds; maximum value: 90
seconds.
Open gate waiting time (T.E.)
If automatic operation mode is programmed
(DIP4=ON), regulate T.E. to adjust the waiting time
with the gate open (before automatic closing
begins).
Minimum value: 3 seconds; maximum value: 60
seconds.
Torque regulation (P.M.)
