2. Assembly edge band support plate
Assemble the arm (1) to the machine with
the four cap screws (S).
Insert the table fixation (2) into the hole
in the arm (1) and secure it with screws
(S1). Now loosen the cylinder screws (S2)
and remove the holder (3). One ball
bearing (L1) should remain on the table
fixation (2) and the second L2 in the
holder (3). Place the supporting table (4)
on top. Place the bearing L2 from the
holder (3) on the supporting table and
then remount the holder (3) with the
screw (s2). Deflect the 2 struts of the
table mounting at 90° to the plate and
mount the limiting rollers (6).
NOTE
Some components are located in
the machine body and can be
removed after opening the
protective cover.
3. Assembly dust collector hoses adapter
Attach the two adapters (1) of the dust
collection system, one for the pre-milling
unit at position (A) and one on the double
trimming unit (B) to the machine using
the screws (S) and nuts (M).
4. Assembly hand crank for height
adjustment
Place the crank handle on the bolt of the
counter.
5. Assembly handle for maintenance flap
Fix the both handles (1) to the
maintenance flaps using screws, washers
and spring washer.
