The edge band saw unit is used to saw off the overlapping edge band at the front/head and

The amount of glue can be adjusted with
the hand crank (2). To do this, loosen the
lock nut (1), turn the crank handle (2) to
set the desired amount of glue. Then fix
the lock nut (1) again.
With the hand wheel (1) the distance to the
conveyor belt can be adjusted
The edge overhang at the front (1) or rear
(2) can be increased or decreased with the
respective (+) / (-) keys.
The edge overhang has been preset at the
factory and a certain amount of overhang is
necessary for subsequent functions to work
properly.
