MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
1.
The machine is fitted with two ergono-
mically designed levers. The operator
MUST hold the rounded tip lever (7) and
the carriage assembly motion control
lever (8) when cutting keys.
9. Tracer depth adjustment handle: This is used to adjust the
coding depth, with centesimal precision.
10. Brush: Used to remove any possible burr from the key
after the cutting process.
11. Power switch:
12. Protective shield: Provides protection from the cutter and
the belt.
1.
If the switch is lit, it means the machi-
ne is running.
13. Plug: For connection to a power supply.
4.4 TECHNICAL DATA
1.
The plug is fitted with a 6A/220V fuse
that protects against any potential
faults in the electrical circuit.
The main technical data is shown below:
Power supply: 230V – 50/60Hz (optional: 120V – 50/60Hz)
Motor: 230VDC – 150W (optional: 120VDC – 150W)
Cutter: High-speed steel (HSS); Ø63 x 1.4 mm (three cuts),
with a Ø16 orifice
Cutter speed: 2,800 rpm
Clamps: Three-way steel clamps.
Carriage movement: On bearings.
Carriage range (maximum rail length): 73 mm
Dimensions: Width = 266 mm; Depth = 215 mm; Height =
165 mm
Weight: 7.5 kg
