5.1 TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

Could not perform action
Toilet is too hot
Must empty ash before steaming

70 or more deposits since last time ash was emptied.
W11 90 or more deposits since last time ash was emptied. Empty the ash container
W12 Front lid is open.
W14 The previous incineration took to long.
Ash container is missing or not in position. Ash

container sensor may not be working correctly.
Many deposits during last hour. Toilet bowl may

overflow. Use with caution.

The battery is not detected.

REQUIRED ACTION
The appliance is currently performing an program, and can
therefore not start another. For example if steam cleaning is
running, you can not empty ash at the same time.
The action you want to perform can not be executed because
the appliance is currently too hot. Wait for the appliance to
cool and try again.
Before running steam cleaning, the ash container has to be
emptied. Empty the ash and try again.
REQUIRED ACTION
Consider emptying the ash container
1. Unless you are doing maintenance,
insert the front lid. If the lid is mounted, try
readjusting it or removing and reinserting it.
2. If warning persists, inspect the switch
located in the middle top part of the opening
for the lid. If the metal is bended inwards, bend
it back out.
3. If warning still persists, contact a service
provider.
1. Make sure installation is in accordance to
specification, that airflow is unobstructed.
2. Reset the toilet as described in section 5.
3. If error persist contact a service provider.
1. If not doing maintenance, reinsert ash
container
2. If warning persists, retry a couple of times,
make sure the container is all the way in, and
that the lock/release mechanism is pushed all
the way in as well.
3. If warning still persists, contact a service
provider.
Consider waiting before further use
1. Reset the toilet as described in section 5.
2. If warning still persists, contact a service
provider.
