The start ID indicates the beginning of a track.
The music search function (page 32) works by
detecting the start ID.
There are three methods to register the start ID.
Use a suitable method.
El cédigo de identificaci6n de inicio indica el
comienzode unacancién. Lafuncién de busqueda
de canciones (pagina 32) trabaja detectando estos
cédigos de identificacidn de inicio.
Existen tres métodos de registro de los cédigos
de identificacion de inicio.

1 Before recording, extinguish

Note on manual registration of the start ID
You can register start Ds manually even while
they are registered automatically with the "AUTO"
indicator displayed. Press the MARK button at the
desired point of the tape.
Emplee este método cuando grabe de una fuente
que no posea espacios en blanco entre canciones,
como un programa de actuacion en directo.
2 Start recording and press the MARK button at the desired point.
Inicie la grabacion y presione el bot6n MARK en el punto
deseado.

Nota sobre el registro manual de los codigos
de identificacion de inicio
Usted podra registrar manualmente los cédigos
de identificacién de inicio incluso aunque se estén
registrando de forma automatica con el indicador
"AUTO" visualizado. En el punto deseado de la
cinta, presione el boton MARK.
