5.2.3. ASSEMBLY OF THE STEEL DISC
Insert the hex key into the hole in the gear case.
Use a socket wrench to loosen the nut (1) (left hand
thread) and remove it and the knife plate (2).
Install the disc on the stem so that the rail of the
shims (3) fits into the hole in the disc spindle. Install
the knife plate (2) and tighten the nut (1).
5.2.3. NYON HEAD ASSEMBLY
Insert the hex key into the hole in the gear case.
Thread the head onto the stem and turn until fully
tightened.
5.2.4. CHANGING THE NYLON THREAD
Remove the case cover by depressing the two latches
that have an opposite slotted section on the side of
the case.
Cut a piece of nylon thread of approximately 3 m. Fold
the cutting line in two halves, leaving one half 80 -
100 mm longer than the other (1).
Hook half of the nylon line into the notch located in the
center of the spool between the 2 channels provided
for it.
Wrap both ends tightly around the spool in the
direction marked RH (right hand) on the head.
