Wear and adjust your airbag vest
The vest must be worn under your coat or jacket (fitted and fully closed) designed for two-
wheeled motor vehicle. Under no circumstances should the vest be worn alone, without a
protective suit or jacket over it because the vest's fabric is not resistant to abrasion.
eVest Clip-in can only be integrated in HELD branded outer garments. You will find the opera-
ting instructions "the Clip-in system eVest Clip-in" on page 44 f. of this manual.
Compatibility with additional equip-
ment which could impact the devices
functionality
» The In&motion airgbag system is compatible
with a backpack under the following conditions:
The total weight of the bag must not exceed
8kg. The use of support straps in the abdomen
and chest is prohibited. The shoulder straps
must not hinder the deployment of the airbag.
When pulling the straps forward, there should
be a distance of 10 cm between them and the
front of the shoulder. The backpack must be
worn on the back of the user's body.

Compatibility with jackets or suits.
» The vest is not compatible with jackets or suits
that have a support in the crotch.
» Using connection zippers of two-piece leather
or textile suits is generally not recommended.
For exception to this rule, please refer to the
In&motion website.
» The vest is not compatible with one-piece
leather suits unless declared compatible by the
official list "THE RACING SUITS COMPATIBLE WITH
THE IN&MOTION AIRBAG SYSTEM".
» The airbag product is not compatible with child
harness.
Requirements for the jacket or suit
which must be worn over the vest
» [Warning]: The vest must be worn only under a
waterproof protection garment for two-whee-
led motor vehicle users.
» The vest's fabric is not abrasion resistant.
There fore, it is imperative that your jacket
or suit is designed for use with two-wheeled
motor vehicles and completely covers the vest.
» To verify that your jacket is indeed compatible
with the airbag vest, measurements must
be taken. You can check the compatibility of
your jacket yourself by following the following
protocol.
