WALL MOUNTING
Installation
1
The fireplace is designed for permanent mounting on a
wall at a minimum height of 300 mm. The bracket must
be mounted horizontally and the cable must be routed
to the bottom right of the fireplace. For optimal view of
the fuel bed, a height of 600 mm from the floor to the
bottom of the wall-mounted fireplace is recommended.
2
Use the bracket as a table template and mark five
drilling positions on the wall. Make sure these holes are
all level.
Set the bracket aside and drill the holes 35 mm deep
3
using a 2 mm pilot bit and an 8 mm drill bit.
4
Clean the holes of dust and dirt and insert a dowel into
each hole. Make sure the edge of each hole is flush
with the surface.
5
Hold the bracket in place and secure it with screws.
6
Carefully lift the unit, making sure that the top rear
bar of the wall bracket is engaged and centered. This
procedure should be performed by two people to
avoid injury or property damage to the unit.
7
Do not release the unit until you are sure it is securely
attached to the bracket. Carefully press the wall
chimney against the wall. Mark the two mounting holes
of the lower bracket on the wall, then remove the wall
chimney.
8
Drill the holes in the wall and insert the wall plugs.
9
Reattach the wall chimney to the wall and secure the
lower mounting bracket to the wall with the screws
provided to permanently fix the wall chimney in place.
10 Remove the front panel, unpack the logs from the bag and place them along the
light unit in the desired position.
1 1 Replace the front panel.
Helpful hint before installation: The unit can be operated either with the switches
on the fireplace under the canopy or with the supplied remote control.
