3. INSTALLATION
OBSERVATIONS
This appliance is not suitable for use in public areas where there is water vapor
concentration, such as, for example, swimming pools or shower rooms.
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the apparatus. Do not use any cleaning
products, which may damage the apparatus.
WARNING
• Ensure the apparatus is completely switched off before installing it.
• Connect the cables at the bottom only to the appropriate connection plug.
• The hand dryer should be installed at a minimum distance of 0.6 m away from
any water source.
• Do not use the hand dryer in an air-polluted room.
For correct installation, please follow the next steps:
1. Connection to power net:
This product is provided without any cable. ONLY an autoriced installator should
proceed with the electrical installation.
Please use a cable, or single conductors certified according to the IEC 60227 or
IEC 60245 standard for the connection of the power supply to the internal
terminal block through cable entry on the bottom of the appliance, or through
cable/single conductors entry on the hole located rear of the appliance.
Please use nominal cross-sectional area between 1-2,5 mm² for the cable and
for the single conductors. For connection of power cable, to terminal block please
check electrical diagrams described in point 4 ELECTRICAL FEATURES of this
manual. The internal cord anchorage must be used.
This is a product certified as Class II, therefore grounding cable is not needed.
