Use:
1. Pour 2 L into the shower tray without disconnecting the plug. Do not
add water.
2. Leave to act overnight then rinse with plenty of water.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEMS
1. The pump does not start.
Press the override push-button (on the
remote box). Consequence:
• the pump still does not start.
• the pump starts and the water
is drained: detection problem
identified.
• the pump starts up but the water
is not drained.
2. The pump runs intermittently.
3. The pump starts but the water is
not, or badly, drained off.
4. The pump runs properly but
does not stop.
5. The pump starts, water is
drained but with a suction noise at
the end of the pumping cycle.
7. DISPOSAL
The device (pump, detection module or remote box) must not
be disposed of as household waste and must be disposed of at
a recycling point for electrical equipment. The device's materi-
als and components are reusable. The disposal of electrical and
electronic waste, recycling and recovery of any form of used
appliances contribute to the preservation of our environment.
CAUSES
Device not connected.
Defective power supply.
Thermal break.
Motor problem (not functioning,
blocked), electronic system not
functioning.
Pairing procedure in progress
(override button pressed for too
long).
Float, filter, gulley clogged and/
or stuck.
Float upside down.
Battery of the detection module
not functioning.
Detection module not function-
ing.
Radio communication problem.
Blockage of the passage of wa-
ter through the gulley cover
(Sanifloor + 3).
Filter clogging.
Leaking shower faucet.
Leakage of the non-return valve. – Clean or change the non-return valve.
Interference.
Problem with priming, lack of
water in the pump.
Non-return valve upside down.
Excessive height or length of
evacuation, or blocked pipe.
Hydraulic problem (clogging).
Air inlet
Duckbill valve support posi-
tioned upside down.
Detection module constantly en-
gaged.
Little lifting (pumping is too fast) Install a flow reducer (not provided, contact our after-sales service).

IN THE EVENT OF A PROLONGED POWER CUT (ABSENCE OF SEVERAL
WEEKS)
To prevent the battery from draining,
- Cut off the water supply to the shower;
- Do not leave water in the tray;
- Check that the detection module is not submerged;
- Protect the installation against frost.
SOLUTIONS
Plug the device in.
– Correct the problem.
– Reset the system by unplugging the remote box for at least 10
seconds and then plugging it back in.
Wait for the reset. If the problem persists, contact an authorised
engineer.
– Clean the pump.
– Contact an authorised engineer.
Wait 30 seconds: the LED goes out and the unit resumes normal
mode.
Clean.
Put the float back in the correct position.
– If the green LED on the remote box is flashing: plan to replace the
detection module.
– If the green LED on the remote box is off: replace the detection
module.
Replace the detection module.
Remove the detection module, hold it near the remote unit, turn it
over for at least 2 seconds. Check that the green LED lights up on
the remote unit:
– If the green LED lights up: remove any sources of disturbance (i.e.
Metal objects) and/or change the position of the remote unit.
– If the green LED does not light up: check the pairing (see 2.6) and
check that the gulley sensor and receiver are of the same genera-
tion.
Raise the gulley cover.
Clean the filter.
Check the installation upstream.
– Raise the gulley hose to create a water load on the valve.
– Check that your pump is not paired with a neighbouring detection
sensor module. It if is, repeat the pairing (see 2.6).
– Check for the presence of radio wave interference. Correct.
Put water in the pump tank.
Observe the arrow indicating the direction of the effluent.
Revise the installation.
Clean the duckbill and pump.
– Check the presence of the sealing disc under the filler cap.
– Check that the flexible pipe is properly bonded to the gulley.
Position the support correctly (suction hole downwards).
Check the position and condition of the float in the module. Correct.
8. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The unit is guaranteed for two years from its date of purchase subject
to installation, use and maintenance in accordance with these instruc-
tions.
