1. HOW TO REMOVE THE CLEAR VISOR
1.1 Rotate the visor mechanism cover and release it from the visor (rotate
clockwise on the right side and counterclockwise on the left side)

1.2 Remove the screw and the washer. (Pic. 2)
1.3 Release the visor and its mechanism. (Pic. 3)
1.4 Repeat the same operation on the other side of the helmet.
1.5 To fit the visor, follow the above steps in reverse.
2. HOW TO REMOVE THE INTERNAL SUN SHIELD
2.1 Drive forward the cursor lever on top to move the sun shield. (Pic. 4)
2.2 Release the sun shield by lifting the slider that fix it to thelever with a
flathead screwdriver. (Pic.5)
2.3 Remove the sun shield by pulling gently outwards. (Pic. 6)
3. HOW TO INSTALL THE INTERNAL SUN SHIELD
3.1 Clip the sun visor accommodating its lateral sides into theirseating by
slightly pressing. (Pic.7)
3.2 Drive forward the top cursor lever. (Pic.8)
3.3 Drive inside the sun visor till to fix it to its seating. (Pic.9)
WARINING! Never use the sun shield at nighttime or with scarce visibility
condition.
WARINING! Any adjustment operation to the sun shield must be done with
the two-wheeler in still position.

4. HOW TO REMOVE THE WASHABLE INNER LINER
To the remove the inner lining, you can start from the left or right
cheek pad.
4.1 Remove completely the cheek pad by detaching the studs on
the back and pulling outwards, repeat the same step on the
other side. (Pic.10)
4.2 Starting from the neck protection, release the lining by pulling gently
towards the inside of the helmet and detach the studs on the back.
While continuing to pull gently, detach the fixing plastic frame
in the front. (Pic.11)
4.3 Remove completely the liner.
5. HOW TO FIT THE WASHABLE LINER
5.1 Place the inner liner padding inside the helmet.
5.2 Place the plastic frame in the front and fix it into the seat attached to
the EPS (Pic.12)
5.3 Snap the studs behind the neck protection. (Pic.13)
5.4 Fix the cheek pads by inserting the fixing strips between shell and
EPS (Pic.14), and then snap the studs on the back. (Pic.15)
6. CLEANING THE WASHABLE LINING
6.1 Wash it strictly by hand with neutral soap and water (max.30°C).
6.2 Rinse it in cold water, do not wring it. Dry it at room temperature.
WARNING! Never clean the lining in the washing machine.
Never use petrol or other solvents to clean the lining.
