Conditions to make the warranty e ective:
1. To access the warranty of spare parts installed or sold by an authorized distributor, an invoice and a service order must be presen-
ted. Which must show the previous entry.
2. The warranty is subject to technical review by the service center to determine the failure reasons.
Special service
• Accessmatic requires 1 annual preventive maintenance on its products at authorized service centers.
• An on-site review must be carried out 30 days after installation to verify the operation of the product at the installation site,
guaranteeing the conditions of use.
• If during the rst 5 days after the purchase the equipment shows malfunctions that are related to manufacturing defects, the
product will be granted a 5D WARRANTY, which will allow the equipment to be replaced with a new one. In this period of these 5
business days, the customer must send the product to the nearest service center or request the collection through xer.com.co. For

Special considerations
• The maintenance or visits o ered by Accessmatic in facilities do not include the travel expenses required to reach the site where
the equipment is operating. These travel expenses must be covered by the user.
• Any maintenance must be carried out by authorized personnel of the brand in each country, for which it is necessary that the user
installs the product with authorized contractors or distributors, otherwise the bene t will not be supplied.
• Authorized Accessmatic dealers are authorized to provide maintenance services.
Grounds for warranty denials
• When there is evidence of damage due to electrical discharges or short circuit traces due to voltage variations on site, which
directly a ect its power control board or electrical components.
• The equipment is damaged due to a bad installation which has a ected mechanical or aesthetic parts of the equipment.
• It is evidenced that the product was put to work for a purpose for which it was not designed, resulting in a partial failure of the
equipment.
• Damage caused by accidents or external factors that a ect the normal operation of the equipment.
• The equipment presents signal reception problems due to interference caused by antennas or objects that isolate the signal
reception of the equipment.
• Evidence of failure due to lack of preventive maintenance is cause for denial of warranty since the customer must comply with the
maintenance recommendations provided by the authorized contractor.
• When the equipment does not have annual preventive maintenance.
