Model MT Job Setup – Job Setup Overview
Create New Job Setting - Follow the steps below to create a new Job Setting
Once Flame Settings are defined, they need to be added to a Job Setting to
allow operators to run in Production Mode. The Model MT allows users to
define and save up to 25 total Job Settings. These settings are displayed on
the screen in the order that they are added to the system. The Job Setup
menu will display five (5) settings per page. Use the Up and Down buttons
to scroll through the list (5 records at a time) as Job Settings are added.
From this screen, users can add, modify, duplicate, or delete Job Settings,
and designate Job Settings to be made available in Production Mode.
Press Setup Mode to return to the Setup Mode Menu.
Press the Home icon to return to the Main menu.
1. Press Create New to enter the Job Setup.
2. Provide a name for the Job Setting and press Enter. NOTE: Job Setting
names must be unique.
3. Assign Flame Settings to a specific torch by pressing the button
at the end of the corresponding row. NOTE: Flame Settings for a
particular job must use the same Gas Type and Unit Format.
4. Press Select to add the Flame Setting to the torch. If the Flame Settings
library contains more than five entries, press the Up and Down buttons
to view additional Flame Settings.
5. Repeat this process until Flame Settings have been assigned to torches
as needed.
NOTE: While assigning flame settings to torch two & three, ensure that
flow rates are within the range. refer to page 5 for flow ranges.
