to prevent the access to the Configuration Menu of the
dispenser.
PARAMETERS SETTING: to set the working parameters of the
dispenser. For qualified service personnel only.
SMART CARD SETTING: to set the working parameters of the
optional Smart Card reader. For qualified service personnel
only.
REMOTE CONTROL: to set the working parameters of the
optional Remote Control Device. For qualified service personnel
only.
5. 5 SMART CARD
If the dispenser is configured to work with Dispensing Credits a
Smart Card suitable for the purpose is necessary to enable the
dispenser to dispense drinks. The Smart Card must be inserted
into the slot placed near the main switch (see figure 5).
IMPORTANT
The Smart Card reader works only when the dispenser is
in Standby mode.

If the Smart Card is recognized by the dispenser on the display
the following message will be shown:
CREDIT LOAD
YES
Confirming the operation the Dispensing Credits will be loaded
into the dispenser and the Smart Card will be reset.
In Ready Mode the following information will be shown:
READY

The two numbers on the sides are the remaining Dispensing
Credits of the corresponding drinks.

5. 6 WATER FILTER
The dispenser is equipped with a water filter installed into the
water tank on the suction pipe. This component filters and
softens the water used by the dispenser and must be replaced
after a certain number of dispensing cycles. The unit is equipped
with a counter that after 1000 cycles warns the operator about
the necessity to replace the filter. In this case the following
message appears on the display:
WATER FILTER
After the replacement of the water filter the counter must be
reset to the initial value of 1000 cycles by keeping pressed key
(C) for 5 seconds.
6 CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROCEDURES
Cleaning and sanitizing of the dispenser are recommended to
guarantee the conservation of the best product taste and the
highest unit efficiency. This section is a procedural guideline
only and is subject to the requirements of the local Health
Authorities.
6. 1 DISASSEMBLY
ATTENTION
Before any disassembly and/or cleaning procedure make
sure that the dispenser is disconnected from its power
source by unplugging it or switching off the 2-pole wall
breaker.
1 Slide the drip tray out and empty it.
2 Remove product outlets.
3 Remove the front cover of the dispenser.
4 Remove the powder containers from the dispenser.
5 Two dismantle the mixers proceed as follows (see figure 6):
A Slide out the steam aspiration ring rotating it clockwise and
pulling it upward. Remove the powder collector moving it
upward and then pulling it out.
B Remove the mixing chamber rotating it clockwise and then
pulling it out.
C Slide out the mixing paddle.
D Remove the base assembly rotating it clockwise and then
