11.1 Cleaning
In the event of power failures or malfunctions, emergency opening can take place
via the profile cylinder.
The profile cylinder may only be used for emergency opening.
NOTE
The product may be damaged if the profile cylinder is used
incorrectly!
> Do not use the profile cylinder for normal door locking / unlocking.
> Keep key for profile cylinder in a safe place.

If an attempt is made to open a door with a user key
Acoustic signal is heard
twice.
LEDs do not change
from red to blue.
When the electronics are activated (by presenting a key)
Acoustic signal is heard three
times. Red and blue LED
each flash three times
alternately.
Red and blue LED flash twice
in succession, each three
times alternately. Acoustic
signal is heard three times
each.
NOTE
Damage to product due to incorrect cleaning!
> Do not use cleaners containing alcohol, organic solvents or thinners.
> Do not use abrasive materials.
> Do not use pressure or steam cleaning devices.
Clean outer surfaces of product if necessary:
• with a dry, soft cotton cloth
• a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid or neutral cleaner
User key is not authorised.
Remove user key and present it again after
a short time.
or
User key is not authorised
Low battery charge.
Replace batteries.
Very low battery charge. Replace batteries
immediately.
