Changing the Sweeping Roller
• The front drum is not subject to any wear and must not be replaced, except
where it is damaged.
• The sweeping roller must be replaced when the sweeping result is visibly
worse due to wear of the brush, and readjustment of the sweeping roller is
no longer possible.
• The sweeping roller consists of two segments connected by six screws.
Unscrew the screws using a suitable tool and remove the segments
individually.
• Insert the new segments into the sweeping roller and fasten with six screws.
• The direction of movement of the sweeping roller Fig. 1 must be followed.

• Switch off the sweeper.
• Raise up the side brush.
• Operate with the sweeper on level and smooth ground that is recognizably
covered with dust, sand or chalk. (Fig. 1)
CAUTION! There is a risk of damage to the sweeping roller
the brushes become jammed during fitting.
