Fault

Battery state ≤20%.

connected or loose.

Overload or fault with the main

Functional fault of the toothed
belt or gear wheels (e.g.
toothed belt has come off).
Roller brush motor overloaded
(check brushes for free running,
as appropriate).

Side brush worn.
Side brush has not lowered.
Functioning of the side sealing
rubber restricted by wear, a fault
or similar.
Cause unclear.
Bowden cable has extended or is
not functioning.
Leg spring in the side brush not
working (side brush does not
swivel out).
Side brush jammed by dirt.
Cause unclear.
Remedy
Charge the battery.
Check cabling of the battery and
connect correctly.
Close filter cover and insert
dirthopper correctly.
Check and replace main relay.
Notify your dealer or customer
services.
Turn key switch to "0" (switch off
sweeper). Check roller brushes
for jammed or picked-up objects
such as, for example, straps,
cables etc., remove them and
check the drums for damage and
free running.
Check toothed belt and gear
wheels.
Check and replace relay of the
roller brush motor.
Notify your dealer or customer
services.
Check for wear, readjust as
required or replace the side
brushes.
Lower the side brushes.
Replace side sealing rubbers as
appropriate.
Notify your dealer or customer
services.
Check and adjust Bowden cable
of the side brushes.
Check leg springs in the side
brushes for damage and correct
seating and replace as necessary.
Clean side brush suspension
