To familiarise yourself with your canisters and how to use and clean them, you should
please read all the information provided here. You can use these canisters to store a
large range of foodstuff s to keep them fresh and retain their fl avour for longer.

1.2 Delivery scope
As a rule, the articles are delivered with the following components:
• VacuBoxx Inox XL
2 Vacuum packing canisters
Fill canister leaving 0,5 cm free space at the top. Close canister with the lid. Slightly press
down the canister lid when starting the vacuum packing process. Fruits and vegetables
that gas up, such as onions or cabbage, should be blanched before vacuuming, as they
release gases and thus the vacuum is lost within a few hours.
