The lighting system consists of several ha-
logen lighting units, which are positioned
symmetrically and sunk in the filter
mounting, thus centrally illuminating the hob.
The hood body is made of noble, easy-to-
clean materials such as stainless steel.
The suction power and the lighting of the
hood are controlled via a membrane keypad.
Information about the operating condition of
the hood is provided by the LEDs in the
operator panel.

Operating instructions
The functions of the hood model and the fan
power of the external motor can be controlled
via three alternative procedures:
1. Operation
via
(recommended)
2. Operation by switch
3. Operation via membrane keypad
Membrane keypad:
Switching the fan ON/OFF
Press membrane key 1 to switch on. To
switch the fan off from each level, press
membrane key 1 twice.
Fan power
The fan power is controlled by repeatedly
pressing arrow keys 4 or 5. The individual
levels must however be switched one after
another. 12 different power levels can be
selected.
Fan operation faster: press membrane
key 5.
Fan operation slower: press membrane
key 4.
Automatic follow-up time (1)
To switch on the follow-up time press
membrane key 1. The device switches back
to level 1 within a sort time and then switches
off altogether after approx. 15 minutes.
Switching on the lighting (6)
To switch the lighting ON or OFF, press
membrane key 6. The lighting is dimmed by
pressing this key again. A long press on
membrane key 6 is required to increase
brightness.
