PROBLEM

SOLUTION
·
The battery of the robot vacuum is almost
empty. The robot is going to recharge. When
it is sufficiently charged, it will resume the
programme.
·
Make sure the plug of the charging/emptying
station is plugged in; otherwise, the robot
vacuum will not charge.
·
Do not move the charging/emptying station
during robot cleaning.
·
Make sure there is a dust bag correctly
installed in the emptying station. If this is
not the case, the indicator light will not flash
white, and the emptying station will not empty
automatically.
·
Make sure the settings under "Collect dust" in
the app are not set to "Never".
·
Turn the appliance on.
·
Allow the robot vacuum to charge fully first.
·
Switch the appliance off and thoroughly clean
the dust collector as well as the side brushes
and the wheels before putting the appliance
back to work.
·
Replace the batteries and place them in the
remote control correctly.
·
Ensure the robot vacuum is switched on and
sufficiently charged.
·
Do not use the remote control near the
charging station as it may interfere with the
signal.
·
Ensure that there are no obstacles between
the vacuum cleaner and the remote control as
this may interfere with the signal.
·
Ensure that the room to be cleaned is closed
off, do not leave doors open.
·
Ensure that there are no loose wires or other
loose objects on the floor.
Press and hold the control button for several
seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes rapidly.
The appliance is now ready to connect.
