Troubleshooting
If the projector is functioning properley, please check the following before
you contact an authorized service center.
Symptom
The projector does not
work when connecting
to an external device.
The projected image is
too dark.
The projected image is
blurred.

is hot.

Check Point
 Check the HDMI cable is plugged correctly.
 Press "Projector On/Off switch
on projector.
 Check the output timing of external deive is
set as P800 supported.
 Use the projector in a darker environment.
 Plug power adapter or choose brighter
mode.
 Adjust the focus.
 Check if the lens is dirty.
It is normal that this projector generates heat
over prolonged use. It will not affect the
performance of the projector.
Ensure the Wi-Fi connection setting following
the instruction. Move the device where is with
strong Wi-Fi signals.
