IT - CLAUSOLE DI GARANZIA
Questo prodotto è coperto dalla garanzia legale
riconosciuta dall'ordinamento italiano ai sensi del
Dlgs. 06.06.2005 Nr. 206 (CODICE del CONSUMO) e
ss. mod. nonchè degli artt. 1470 e ss. c.c.
La garanzia al consumatore è di 24 mesi dalla data
di consegna; la garanzia ai soggetti diversi dai
consumatori è di 12 mesi dalla data di consegna.
Per beneficiare della garanzia, il Cliente dovrà
fornire prova di aver acquistato il Prodotto il quale,
in caso di operatività della garanzia, dovrà essere

EN - WARRANTY CLAUSES
This product is covered by the legal warranty
recognised by the Italian legal system pursuant
to Legislative Decree 206 of 06.06.2005 (ITALIAN
CONSUMER CODE) and subsequent amendments,
as well as Articles 1470 et seq. Italian Civil Code.
The guarantee to consumers is 24 months from the
date of delivery; the guarantee to non-consumers
is 12 months from the date of delivery.
In order to benefit from the warranty, the Customer
must provide proof of having purchased the
Product, which, in the event of the warranty
becoming effective, must be returned to the
Retailer, Labor Pro s.r.l., following the instructions

Ce produit est couvert par la garantie légale
reconnue par le droit italien en vertu du décret
législatif italien n° 206 du 06/06/2005 (CODE de la
CONSOMMATION) et modifications ultérieures, ainsi
que des art. 1470 et suivants du Code civil.
La garantie au consommateur est de 24 mois à
compter de la date de livraison ; la garantie aux
personnes autres que les consommateurs est de 12
