Press the Geberit pressfitting. → See operating instructions
for the relevant pressing tool.

After the pressing procedure, check that the Geberit pressing
collar is fully closed.

Open the Geberit adapter jaw and remove it from the Geberit
pressing collar.

Open the Geberit pressing collar and detach it.
If a press connection has not been completely pressed – in the
event of a power cut, for example – it must be pressed again. The
Geberit pressing jaw and the pressing collar must not be removed
or rotated during the process. Corrective pressing is performed in
the same way as a normal pressing operation. Depending on the
state of the preliminary pressing, there may be considerable idle
stroke before the pressing tool engages during corrective pressing.
