Authorised repair shops
The addresses of authorised repair shops can be requested from
the Geberit sales companies.

▶ Check the Geberit pressing collar for
externally visible defects such as
damage, material cracks, patches of rust
and other signs of wear. If defects are
present, replace the pressing collar or
have the defects repaired by an
authorised repair shop.
• Spray the pressing contour with a
lubricant recommended by Geberit and
clean with a cloth.
• Remove deposits in the pressing contour.
• Check that the collar joints and sliding
segments can be moved easily. If
necessary, move the joints and segments
several times until they are able to move
easily.
▶ Have an authorised repair shop check
the pressing collar's state of wear.
