Precautions
• The appliance should only be handled by highly qualified peo-
ple who follow the safety measures described in this manual.
• In case of rotation of personnel, training should be provided
in advance.
• The appliance is equipped with safety devices at dangerous
points. However, it is forbidden to touch the blade or other
moving components.
• Before starting maintenance operations, disconnect it from
the power supply.
• Carefully assess residual risks when protective devices are
removed for cleaning and maintenance.
• Cleaning and maintenance require great concentration.
• A regular control of the power supply cord is absolutely nec-
essary. A frayed or damaged cord can expose users to great
risk of electric shock.
• If the device shows anomalies, do not use it or try to repair it
please contact the supplier.
• Do not use the appliance for frozen foods or any products
other than food.
• Do not wear loose fitting clothing such as scarf, etc and long
hair should be tied up and keep away from the moving parts.
• The manufacturer and/or the seller are not responsible in the
following cases:
- if the appliance has been handled by unauthorised personnel;
- if some parts have been replaced with non-original spare
parts;
- if the instructions included in this manual are not followed
precisely;
- if the cutter has not been cleaned and oiled with the right
products.
Safety system installed
Mechanical safety system
The appliance is equipped with following electrical and me-
chanical safety devices:
• A series of aluminium and transparent plastic guards on the
product carriage.
• Start/stop button that requires the appliance voluntary re-
start in case of an outage or interruption of the power supply.
• Start/stop button performed with the button connected to a
control auxiliary network that prevents accidental startups of
the appliance after a possible electrical power cut.

• Do not tamper, remove nor bypass the safety devices by any
circumstances.
Even though CE version appliances are provided with electrical
and mechanical protections (when the appliance is operating
and for maintenance and cleaning operations), there are still
RESIDUAL RISKS (cutting) that cannot be eliminated complete-
ly; these risks are specified in this manual under "WARNING! /
DANGER! / CAUTION!". Therefore, be careful and pay the ut-
most attention to what you are doing.
Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please
contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the
device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>
Cleaning & Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Keep the user manual for future reference.
NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit
a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is
well ventilated.
Operating instructions
Preliminaries (all models)
• Press the Start button (fig. 7/pos. 1) to start the appliance.
Verify whether the warning light (fig. 7/pos. 3) is on - if yes,
the appliance works correctly.
• Check if the blade (fig. 7/pos. 11) rotates in the direction in-
dicated by the arrow.
• Check the smoothness of the product tray (fig. 7/pos. 8) and
product grip (fig. 7/pos. 10).
• Check the operation and adjustment of the graduated knob
(fig. 7/pos. 6) and the gauge plate (fig. 7/pos. 19).
• Press the Stop button (fig. 7/pos. 2) to stop the blade move-
ment.
• The thickness of the slices is adjustable by rotating the knob
(fig. 7/pos. 4) anticlockwise.
Manual slicing (210918, 210925, 210932)
• Make sure the slice thickness regulation knob (fig. 9/pos. 4)
is correctly set to 0.
• Draw back the carriage (fig. 10/pos. 8) completely (towards
the operator) to loading position.
• Lift the product grip (fig. 10/pos. 10) by pulling it away by
10 cm from the blade and put it in rest position.
• Lay the product to be sliced on the carriage (fig. 11/pos. 8)
against the wall on the operator side.
• Secure the product by exerting a slight pressure with the
product grip (fig. 11/pos. 10).
• Adjust the slice thickness with the knob (fig. 9/pos. 4).
• Start the appliance by pressing the startup button (Fig. 7/
pos. 1).
• Hold the handle (fig. 12/pos. 12) affixed on the plate and start
