• Never use the appliance near a water point.
• Do not place the appliance near a heat source and make
sure to keep the power cable away from hot or heated
surfaces.
• Do not puncture, warp or stretch the power cable. Do not
compress or pull it across sharp edges.
CLEANING
1. Make sure the Speed Control is in the "0" position and the cord is unplugged before
cleaning any part of the hand mixer.
2. Press the Eject Button to release the whisks or dough hooks.
3. Clean the whisks or dough hooks using warm soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly
before storing.
4. Do not immerse the hand mixer in water or rinse it under the tap. To remove stubborn
spots, wipe the surfaces using a cloth dampened in sudsy water or a mild, non-abrasive
cleaner. Then wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
5. Do not use abrasive cleansers on any part of the hand mixer.
STORAGE
Store the device away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight when not in use for a long
period of time.
To prevent dust and dirt build-up, please use the old packaging to repack the device.
Avoid jerking the power cord or straining it at the plug connection. To store, loop cord
around the hand mixer.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure the hand mixer is in the "0" position (OFF) and unplugged before attaching
any accessories.
- Attach the whisks or dough hooks to the hand mixer. The whisks can be inserted in
either opening, as they are identical. For dough hooks, the one with the disk can only be
inserted into the larger opening.
- Plug the hand mixer into a compatible electrical outlet.
- Switch the hand mixer on by turning Speed Control to the appropriated speed. There
are 6 speed settings. Start mixing at the lowest speed and gradually increase it as need-
ed. For extra power, press the Turbo Speed Button. Release it to return to the previously
selected speed.
- If you temporarily want to stop mixing, switch off the hand mixer by turning Speed Con-
trol to the "0" position and place it (with the whisks or dough hooks still attached) on its
heel rest until you wish to continue.
- When you have finished mixing, turn Speed Control to the "0" position and unplug the
cord from the electrical outlet. To remove the whisks or dough hooks, position the mixer
over a bowl or over the sink and press the Eject Button.
Note: Do not place stick a knife, metal spoon, fork, or any other kitchen utensils in the
