5.1 Spare parts
In order to guarantee the safety and long life of the product, we
recommend the exclusive use of original spare parts. Specialist repairs
or maintenance operations must be carried out by specialized and
authorized personnel.
6. WARRANTY TERMS
This machine was designed and built using the most modern production
techniques. The manufacturing company guarantees its products for
a period of 24 months from the date of purchase with the exception of
products for continuous professional service, used for work on behalf
of third parties, for which the guarantee is 12 months from the date of
purchase. The batteries are guaranteed for 12 months, if correctly stored
and subjected to the maintenance described in this manual.
The guarantee is recognized starting from the date of purchase.
The manufacturing company replaces parts defective in material,
workmanship and production free of charge. The warranty does not
cover the replacement of the machine. The technical staff will intervene
within the time limits allowed by organizational needs and, in any case,
in the shortest time possible. Any delay cannot give rise to requests
for compensation for damages nor to requests for an extension of the
guarantee itself.
To request warranty assistance, it is necessary to show authorized
personnel the warranty certificate stamped by the retailer, completed in
all its parts and accompanied by the purchase invoice or receipt or other
document made fiscally mandatory and proving the date of purchase.
The warranty becomes void in the event of:
- Blatant lack of maintenance
- Incorrect use or tampering with the product
- Use of unsuitable lubricants
- Use of non-original spare parts or accessories
- Repair operations carried out by unauthorized personnel
The manufacturer excludes from the warranty those parts subject to
normal wear and tear due to use. Any damage caused during transport
must be immediately reported to the carrier, under penalty of invalidation
of the warranty. The manufacturer is not liable for any direct or indirect
damage caused to people or things by faults in the machine or resulting
from forced prolonged suspension of use of the machine.
