Solutions
- Check if there is power (100~220Vac) in the equipment
supply.
- Check the cables and connections of the equipment.
- Check the electrical installation of the equipment.
- Check if the remote control is configured.
- Check if the cable connection order is correct.
- Check that there is no short circuit in the connections.
- Perform the reset and reconfigure the control, if there
is more than one control to be configured, follow the
remote control configuration procedure.
