Warranty Terms
• Damage caused by accidents.
• Damage resulting from transport or inadequate packaging, used by the customer.
• Showing signs of having been opened, adjusted, repaired or having its circuit modified by a person not
authorized by SIBRAPE.
• Defects and damage caused by the use of sources, sensors and accessories other than those
supplied with the equipment. Use only the items supplied with SIBRAPE Equipment, if you need any accessories,
contact SIBRAPE or authorized representatives.
• Products that have had their seal removed or broken.
• Any type of extended warranty offered beyond the period established by SIBRAPE (legal or additional)
will be the responsibility of the respective resellers.
• In the event of loss of warranty for one of the reasons mentioned in this Term, the repair of the
product will be subject to prior quotation.
Items not covered by warranty
• Installation not in accordance with local law.
• Communication problems with Remote Control (distance and barriers).
• Interference due to power supply noise (in the electrical network).
• Problems with switching noise from contactors.
• Submerged wire connections.
• Mechanically damaged equipment.
• Outputs of pumps burnt due to excess current.
• Burned LED outputs due to excess current.
• Equipment burned out due to overvoltage, or variation in the electrical network.
• Cables for lighting LEDs, temperature sensors or communication along power lines in the network.
• The use and assembly instructions contained in the Installation and Operation Manual are not
observed.
• Short circuit in connecting cables (pumps, reflectors, sensors, actuators, etc.). installed on the
command and lighting outputs.
• Blocking of pumps.
Limitations of Liability
• Equipment sent to SIBRAPE technical assistance may have its configuration values and data
restored to factory values in the repair process, therefore, the customer must previously write down such data or
configurations, before sending the equipment to technical assistance, not SIBRAPE is not responsible for the loss
of such data and/or configuration.
