ATTENTION
The product is part of the 20V gomag series and may only be operated with batteries of this
series. Batteries may only be charged with battery chargers of this series. Observe the manu-
facturer's instructions.
9.1
On/Off switch (1) (Fig. 5)
Note:
Always switch the product on before making contact with the material and then guide the product
to the workpiece.
Switching on
1.
Switch on the product on the on/off switch (1).
2.
The on/off switch (1) remains in position I.
Switching off
1.
Switch off the device with the On/Off switch (1).
CAUTION
After switching off, the product will run on. Wait until the product has come to a complete stop.
9.2
Setting the speed (Fig. 4)
Note:
The product has 6 speed levels.
Note:
We recommend determining the speed using practical tests.
Note:
The speed can also be changed during operation.

The speed can be set continuously using the wheel on the speed control knob (2).
9.3
Changing the sanding sheet (Fig. 6)
The sanding sheet can be switched to machine different materials. There are also different grain
sizes for coarse sanding and fine sanding. If necessary, the speed must be adjusted to the new
sanding sheet.
Note:
Ensure that the sanding sheet is switched in good time,
otherwise the sanding sheet may tear and the workpiece may be damaged.
Note:
Clean the grinding wheel before putting on a sanding sheet.
