WARNINGS FOR CHANGING MAT
• This changing unit is intended
for use with child from birth to 12
months, up to 11 kg. Domestic use
only.
• This changing mat can be used
ONLY on the structure of Baby Hug
4in1.
• WARNING: Do not leave the child
unattended.
• WARNING: All assembly fittings
must always be checked regularly.
• WARNING: Take into account risk
of exposure to flames and other
sources of strong heat such as elec-
tric stoves, gas stoves, etc. in the
immediate vicinity of the product.
• WARNING: Make sure that the
wheel brakes are engaged before
use.
• The changing mat must always be
fixed onto the frame during use.
• Do not use accessories, spare parts,
or any component not supplied or
approved by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the product if any part
is broken, torn or missing.
• This product must only be used by
an adult.
• To avoid the risk of injury, make sure
that the space above the product
is suitable (there should be no
shelves, furniture, etc..).
• Do not place more than one child
at a time on the changing table.
• Do not place the product on sur-
faces that are not perfectly flat.
• Do not allow other children to play
unsupervised near the product.
• Wait for the product to cool before
placing the baby onto it whenever
it has be exposed to heat.
• When unused, the product should
be kept out of reach of children.
USING THE CHANGING MAT
1. Position the BABY HUG in crib mode (fully horizontal) (Fig. 1).
2. Remove the bar supports and adjust the BABY HUG to
the highest position (Fig. 2).
3. Place the changing mat down with the changing surface
facing upwards (Fig. 3), fit the plastic clips onto the upper
edge of the BABY HUG (Fig. 4) and stretch the elasticated
sides over the top (Fig. 5).
To ensure that the plastic clips are fitted correctly, check
that they are not visible when assembly is complete (Fig. 6).
4. Complete the assembly process by attaching the tie
around the joint on the side (Fig. 7-8).
To remove the changing mat, repeat the steps illustrated
above in reverse order.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the product regularly using a damp cloth.
Do not use solvents or abrasive products. Do not bleach.
The wooden base of the changing mat can be removed; in
order to complete this operation, open the Velcro fastening
and replace the wooden base out of the fabric pocket un-
derneath the changing surface (Fig. 9-10).
Once the changing surface is dry, reposition the wooden
base inside the pocket underneath and close the Velcro
fastening.
WARNING: DO NOT submerge the product in water.
