Cause
The power plug is not
connected properly.
The device takes time to
warm up to avoid the
temperature rising too fast.
Fail to adjust the knead/air
intensity to a suitable level.
The heat function is not
enabled.
The built-in heat protection
is triggered due to excessive
use.
The kneading/air pressure
function is not activated.
The isolation strip is not
removed.
In low battery.
Improper use of the remote
control.
The protective film is not
removed.
Use it with wet fingers.
Insufficient touch area.
Solution
Reconnect the plug to the outlet and
check the power indicator.
Wait for 7 to 8 minutes after turning
on the device.
Press the Kneading/Air Intensity
button to select an intensity level
according to your preference.
Turn on the heat function.
Turn off the device to cool it down.
Then turn on the heat function
again.
Turn on the kneading/air pressure
function via the touch panel or
remote control.
Remove the isolation strip from the
remote control before the first use.
Replace the battery.
Point the remote control directly at
the touch panel while using it.
Remove the protective film.
Ensure your fingers are completely
dry before using the touch panel.
Use your thumb to tap the button to
get better touch sensitivity.
