INSTALLATION
Before Installation
•
Make sure to read this manual thoroughly and understand the relevant
operating instructions before installation.
•
Need to comply with national electrical circuit operation guidelines during
installation.
•
Do not add other parts or modify the product during installation.
•
The installer must hold a refrigeration technician qualification certificate
•
In case of unknown circumstances during installation, please consult the
supplier or local distributor.
Installation requirements
•
The roof of the caravan must be able to withstand the weight of the air
conditioner.
•
The opening of the roof must be able to support the weight of the air
conditioner and allow related operations.
•
The minimum roof thickness is ≥25mm, and the maximum roof thickness is
≤ 65mm.
•
If the roof thickness of the caravan exceeds the above requirements, you can
order extended air ducts and extended M8 mounting bolts from the local
distributor.
Caravan roof's load-bearing capacity
•
Make sure the roof is flat, which is not easy to accumulate water. If the roof
is uneven, please contact your local dealer or supplier and take appropriate
measures to ensure the unit installation part is in a flat state.
•
Confirm the outdoor unit position and make a hole (360x360mm) at the
caravan roof, which should avoid the connection position of the driving roof.
•
If the roof's load-bearing capacity isn't enough, it is recommended to add 4
wooden strips into the interlayer near the roof hole. Then apply the sealant
around the wooden strips, make sure no connection gap at the installation
position to prevent it from the rain.
