10.1 Safety and responsibility
Safety of children and persons with limited capabilities
RISK OF SUFFOCATION!
Packaging materials (e.g. plastic film, polystyrene) can be dangerous for
children. Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children.
This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or
have received instructions from that person as to how the appliance is to be
used. Supervise children to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
10.2 Safety and warnings
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD!
Never hold the plug of the mains cable with damp or wet hands when
plugging in or unplugging the appliance. Install and connect the appliance only in
accordance with the description in the instruction manual.
In an emergency, pull the plug out of the plug socket immediately.

Do not pull the plug out of the plug socket with the cable.

Remove the plug from the plug socket before starting cleaning or service

work.
A damaged power supply cable must be replaced by the supplier, dealer or

after-sales service without delay.
If cable or plug are damaged, do not use the appliance any longer.

Do not carry out any work on the appliance other than the cleaning and

service work described in this instruction manual.
