4.2.2 Day of the week
Indication on the weekly day of the program displayed. You can set, individually, the va-
rious days: Monday to Sunday (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun); every working day
from Monday to Friday (LV); weekends only from Saturday to Sunday (SD). This system
allows you to set a single program that can turn on or turn off the stove every day, from
Monday to Friday, at the same time.
4.2.3 Hour
Hour of power on or off of the stove.
4.2.4 Minutes
Minutes of power on or off of the stove.
4.2.5 Temperature Required
In case of, program of ignition, it is necessary to set the required room temperature from
6 to 30°C.
4.2.6 Required Program
In case of, program of ignition, it is necessary to set the heating program requested by
1 to 5.
4.2.7 Type of program
Set the program, if the ignition "ON" if "OFF".
4.2.8 Enabling the program
This feature is essential because, if in a position not enabled (No A.), the system does
not control the program and the programmed function can not take place.
4.2.9 Example of Programming
To program the stove so that it turns on every day, Monday through Friday, at 08.00, at
power 4, at temperature 20°C, proceed as follows after entering the ignition program.
• With "TEMP+" select "LV" as days of switching on, from Monday to Friday.
• Select the hour by pressing "PROG+" and set 08 using the keys "TEMP+" and "TEMP".
• Select the minutes by pressing "PROG+" and set 00 using the keys "TEMP+" and
"TEMP-".
• Select the temperature by pressing "PROG+" and set 20° using the keys "TEMP+"
and "TEMP-".
• Select the power level by pressing "PROG +" and set 4 using the keys "TEMP +" and
"TEMP-".
• Select mode by pressing "PROG+" and set "ON" using the keys "TEMP+" and
"TEMP".
• Select the type of program with "PROG+" and set "ABIL" using the keys "TEMP+"
and "TEMP-".
• Press "SET" to store the data and insert a new program for start. If you are finished,
press "STOP" to exit.
• Remember to set the operation mode to enable automatic control of the weekly timer.
ATTENTION!
The stove will function during the hours of ON programming at the
same temperature and the power settings as when it was last shut
down.
4.3 Stove parameters
Pressing SET will modify such stove parameters as: pellets load, smoke extractor speed,
air exchanging fan and room temperature. Through the buttons TEMP+ and TEMP- it's
possible to modify the stove's settings by percentage to correct its functioning based
on the quantity of pellets used. Then press SET to confirm the new parameters and save
them. To scroll through the parameters use the buttons PROG+ and PROG-. To exit the
menu press STOP.
4.3.1 Pellets' Load
Modifies the load of pellets by percentage from -25 to +25%.
4.3.2 Smoke Extractor
Modifies the smoke extractor parameters by percentage from -25 to +25%.
4.4.3 Air Exchanging Fan
Modifies the air exchanger fan parameters by percentage from -25 to +25%.
4.4.4 Function STAND-BY
This function is used to turn on and to turn off the stove automatically according to the
room temperature.
OFF: means that this function is not active. When the room temperature reach the set
temperature, the stove work in eco function ( it works at minimum speed, the stove
never stop).
3°-10°: indicates the difference in degrees from the set temperature that is necessary
to turn on and off the stove. Normally the difference from the set temperature is 3°C
but this value can be modified using TEMP + and TEMP- ( min. set difference 3°C ,
max set. difference 10°).
4.4 Diagnostic errors
During operation, if the system detects an error, the stove is turned off, following the
cooling cycle, and on the display appears an error message that can be deleted, only
manually. Although, in automatic mode, the stove is waiting the reset of the alarm for
acknowledge.
The errors displayed are as follows:
Error 1 / No Ignition
If, after a power cycle, the stove does not reach the minimum working temperature,
the cycle ends with error and the system proceeds to a programmed cooling. This
could be due to, lack of fuel, crucible dirt, or dirty or faulty igniters.
Error 3 / Failure of the Vacuum smoke circuit
If, during operation, the system detects poor suction of air, the cycle ends with error
system and proceeds to a programmed cooling. That error is common, either using a
pressure sensor or using an intake sensor (only, if the vacuum sensor is provided).
Error 5 / Missing pellet
If, during operation, the temperature of the combustion chamber drops below the limit
set, the loop ends with system error. This may be due to lack of fuel or block of di-
spensing of the same.
Error 6 / Alarm pressure switch
If the switch is activated by low inadequate smoke suction, the heating cycle ends
with error 6. This could be caused by an obstruction of the aspiration or by the expul-
sion of fumes.
Error 8 / Missing voltage
If, during any phase of operation of the stove, fails the supply voltage, when it returns,
the stove signals, with an alarm, the lack of power supply and the stove switches off.
Error 9 / Alarm engine flue gas
During the heating process the motor smoke is monitored, in the event that its speed
decreases, below a minimum speed, the heater goes in error due to malfunction of
the engine fume extraction and passes directly, in cooling mode at maximum speed.
This drawback can also be due to the ash, deposited in the flue or lack of scheduled
maintenance.
Error 10 / Over temperature alarm
This function is enabled, by means of the system parameter 61. The board temperature
is monitored and, if it exceeds 70, for more than 3 minutes, the stove switches to coo-
ling mode due to overheating.
Error 11 / Date Exceeded
Using parameters (month) and (year) can be set an expiration date after that the Stove
will not turn it on. In this case if You try to turn the Stove on the display shows "date
Exceeded".
