5. Start-up
Notice: Never hang towels or clothing in an over-
lapping manner to avoid overheating the appliance.
Insert the mains plug 5 into a suitably fused socket.
5.1 Continuous operation
Switch on the electric towel warmer by pressing
the On/Off switch 4 once. The red indicator
light above the switch will turn on.
After use, switch the unit off again using the
On/Off switch 4 by pressing the On/Off
switch 4 again.
5.2 Operation using automatic
shutdown mode
Switch on the electric towel warmer by pressing
the On/Off switch 4 once. The red indicator
light above the switch will turn on.
Press the Timer button 3 , once, the red indi-
cator light will turn off and the blue indicator
light will turn on indicating "2h". This activa-
tes a 2-hour automatic shutdown mode. If you
press the Timer button 3 again, the "2h" blue
indicator lamp will turn off and the second blue
indicator lamp will turn on indicating "4h". This
activates a 4-hour automatic shutdown mode.
The electric towel warmer will now switch off
automatically after 2 or 4 hours and the blue
indicator light will go out.
Now pull the plug 5 out of the socket.

6. Maintenance and cleaning
CAUTION! DANGER OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK! Before cleaning, unplug 5 the
device from the wall outlet and allow it to
cool down completely.
The device should only be cleaned externally
using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any
liquids or cleaning agents under any circumstan-
ces as they may damage the device.
7. Disposal
The device packaging is made of envi-
ronmentally friendly materials that you
can dispose of at your local recycling
centres.
The product and packaging materials
are recyclable, dispose of it separately
for better waste treatment. The Triman
logo is valid in France only.
Do not dispose of the product with the
normal household waste, but via munici-
pal recycling points! Please contact your
municipal or city administration to find
out options for the disposal of the used
product.
Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which are
marked with abbreviations and numbers
with following meaning: 1–7: plastics /
20–22: paper and fibreboard / 80–98:
composite materials.
