Product usage
•
Set the power switch to "I" (on).
•
The unit will then cool the beer keg from room temperature to a temperature between
3 and 6 °C. This cooling process takes between 19 and 21 hours. Tip: Place the beer keg
in the refrigerator for 12 hours beforehand.
•
When a temperature between 3 and 6 °C is reached, the unit will maintain this temperature
for as long as it is turned on.
Slowly lower the tap handle to pour the beer.
•
Rest your tilted beer glass against the pouring spout, then slowly straighten the glass
as the beer level rises. Then, fully open the tap to avoid excess foam. Tip: Fill a glass
halfway, then let the foam settle before continuing to fill the glass.
Notes: Rinse the glass before pouring the beer. If the beer or beer glass is not
cold enough, a lot of foam will form.
•
It is normal to get a bigger head when pouring the first 3 glasses of beer.
•
We do not recommend removing a half-empty beer keg from the unit. Once removed from
the unit, the beer may lose its freshness.
•
A powerful flow will occur when you pour the last glass of beer from the keg.
•
After use : Set the power switch to "O" (off). Unplug the unit.
