Problem

Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Possible Cause
• You are not using the
correct beer-pouring
technique.
• The temperature
of the beer is too
high (recommended
temperature between 3
and 6 °C).
• The beer keg was
shaken before use.
• The beer keg is almost
empty.
• The beer hose is leaking.

Solution
• Use the correct beer-pouring
technique.
• Allow the beer to cool to a
temperature of 3 to 6°C.
• Let the beer keg sit until the foam
settles.
• Change the beer keg.
• Replace the beer hose.
