BELT REPLACEMENT/ADJUSTMENT
1. Shut off compressor and open drain cock to relieve pressure.
2. Loosen locknuts for engine hold-down bolts only until washers
beneath spin freely.
3. Rotate 1⁄ 2" adjusting bolt clockwise until desired tension is
reached. (See Figure 4).
4. Retighten locknuts to secure engine.
5. Close drain cock and restart compressor.
6. Check belt tension after first 20 hours of operation, then check monthly.
