4. Place the seat insert on the toddler
seat aligning its openings with the
respective straps.
5. Route the waist straps, shoulder
straps, and the buckle through the
seat inserts slots.
6. Align the waist strap tongues with
the shoulder strap retainers and slide
through until they click locking into
place.
