Possible cause
Update
Unlocking or
locking does not
work smoothly,
e.g. because:
- The locking
system has
encountered an
obstacle.
- The door is ext-
remely warped.
- The latch was
not correctly
engaged.
- Profile cylinder
cam position
> ± 45°
10 x acoustic
signal / overload /
poor operation,
followed by
blocking of
motor function
Troubleshooting
Perform (firmware) update
Please contact customer service!
Check door adjustment mechani-
cally, e.g. pull door, open manually
using key, press button to open door,
perform function test.
Furthermore:
- Check locking keeps for damage
- Check door adjustment (keeps,
airgap)
- Adjust latch plate
- Check profile cylinder
Attention!
Acoustic signal 10 x
followed by blocking of motorised
function, only mechanical actuation
possible!
Notice:
In blocked state the lock can
still be operated via a profile cylinder.
Notice:
To enable the lock to be
operated electrically again after the
fault has been rectified, the "Remove
block / unblock" button must be
pressed.
After that the following message is
displayed:
"Attention!
It is imperative to check
the door status (e.g. optimise ease of
movement / adjustment of keeps)."
Notice:
As an option, the blocking
can be removed by interrupting the
power supply (for approx.
30 seconds).
